Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, please provide us with the following:
- A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which you reside (or the location of our headquarters) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not initiate legal action within 10 business days, we may reinstate the content.
